Quality Assurance - Engineering control

The Die Casting Division has a professional R&D team with strong product development and design capabilities.

Use UG12/CATIA V5/Auto CAD software for mold design.

Using Magma software to analyze the flow system, the optimal solution is obtained: • Flow state • Curling state • Thermal agglomeration and shrinkage.

Ansys WorkBench software is used for simulation analysis, focusing on product structural strength, deformation, buckling stability, heat conduction, and three-dimensional multi-body contact.

After customer drawing review and DFM confirmation, mold and fixture design will begin.

Mold validation, sample submission, Cpk analysis, PPAP report submission.

ECN changes in engineering design, all drawings and data provided by customers are confirmed to be the latest version and under controlled status.

Customer feedback on engineering issues must be responded to within 48 hours

Quality Assurance - Quality control

The Die Casting Division has a professional quality team, including IQC/IPQC/FQC/OQC, QAE/SQE/DQE.

For new projects, DQE will cooperate with project engineering to conduct relevant dimensional measurements and reliability testing of new products.

Quality control in the manufacturing process will have professional QAE statistical data, CPK/SPC control, data analysis to identify causes and continuously improve product quality.

In response to customer complaints about quality issues, QAE will notify relevant departments and hold a quality review meeting. An 8D team will be established until the problem is resolved and the customer is satisfied.

The quality team will strictly control the quality of each process stage in accordance with the requirements of ISO9001/14001/13485/IATF16949 system.

Laboratory

Jiarunxing Technology was founded in 2019 and is a high-tech enterprise that provides professional die-casting technology and product development for the automotive, communication, electronics, and new energy industries. The company mainly researches and produces precision die-casting structural parts made of aluminum alloy, magnesium alloy and other materials. It integrates material, product production, technology research and development, sales and technical services, providing one-stop comprehensive solutions for many customers, solving production problems, reducing production costs, and enhancing the competitive advantage of the enterprise.

The factory was established in May 2020 and is located in Dongguan City, Guangdong Province. With the growth of the company's business, the original scale of the Dongguan factory can no longer meet customer order demands. In order to meet the needs of customers, the company will invest in the construction of a new die-casting factory and increase related supporting facilities and equipment in Meizhou, Guangdong in 2023. There will be 12 sets of new pressurized casting islands (250T~2500T) and 25 CNC machining machines (3/4 axis). Production will be increased in August 2024. The company plans to increase investment by 2025, adding 18 die-casting island equipment and 60 CNC machining center equipment. It is expected to be put into production in January 2025, doubling the monthly production capacity of the factory to approximately 3600K pcs
